Ashu is an authority on Asian Real Estate and is responsible for the origination and execution on big ticket real estate transactions in addition to heading the Asia business.

Ashu was the CEO at Northbridge Capital Limited (Member, National Stock Exchange & OTC Exchange of India), an institutional broker and equities research house. Northbridge Capital was listed for 3 continuous years in the “Who’s Who in Asian Equities”, a widely followed benchmark used by institutional investors for selecting quality brokerage houses in Asian countries. Ashu has also been an anchor on benchmark market shows on Star News, CNBC and NDTV Profit.

Ashu is the author of the best selling “The Penguin Guide to Personal.Finance” and the “The Penguin Guide to Winning on the Stock Market” published by Penguin Books.

Before returning to India in 1996, Ashu was Manager-International Taxes and Special Projects at Continental Grain Company, the world’s fourth largest private company headquartered in New York. He has also worked as a Tax Policy Analyst with the Office of Tax Policy, New York City Department of Finance in New York Ashu is a Certified Public Accountant certified in the State of Maryland, USA.
